ró nordic spa is coming to Ritchie. We’re building a social wellness space rooted in the Nordic tradition with community, thermal circuits, and recovery at the forefront.

Our indoor/outdoor spa experience will include saunas, saltwater hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, fireplace lounge areas and RMT rooms.

As we move through construction, we are seeking a General Manager to be the operational leader of the business. This is a foundational leadership role for someone who’s looking to move beyond "maintaining" and into "creating."

Our General Manager will be tasked with setting the tone for the ró experience. You’ll work directly with our leadership group to turn the space into a thriving, high-energy social wellness hub. You will be responsible for the transition from construction to creating a fully operational, vibrant community space.

Key Responsibilities

    Leadership

    Hire, train, and mentor a team of RMT practitioners and spa staff who share our commitment to hospitality-driven experiences.

    Operations

    Manage the ‘gears’ of the business, including scheduling, inventory, and maintaining facility standards. Since we’re a start-up, you’ll play a role in building and refining systems—everything from booking flows and guest intake to daily operational flows.
