ró nordic spa is coming to Ritchie. We’re building a social wellness space rooted in the Nordic tradition with community, thermal circuits, and recovery at the forefront.

Our indoor/outdoor spa experience will include saunas, saltwater hot tubs, cold plunge tubs, fireplace lounge areas and RMT rooms.

As we move through construction, we are seeking ró is hiring Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs). Our massage practice will integrate seamlessly with the ró nordic spa experience, giving guests the option to add massage treatments to their thermal circuits or book standalone sessions. We’ll offer relaxation, therapeutic, and couples massages, with room to explore additional modalities over time.

We’re looking for practitioners who bring energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to their work — people who genuinely care about client experience and consistently deliver thoughtful, high-quality treatments.

What we provide:

    Leadership

    Hire, train, and mentor a team of RMT practitioners and spa staff who share our commitment to hospitality-driven experiences.

    Operations

    Manage the ‘gears’ of the business, including scheduling, inventory, and maintaining facility standards. Since we’re a start-up, you’ll play a role in building and refining systems—everything from booking flows and guest intake to daily operational flows.
