at ró our circut includes an outdoor saltwater hot pool and cold plunge, a Finnish sauna, and indoor + outdoor rest spaces.

free lockers will be provided to store your personal belongings. each guest receives a bathrobe and two towels—one for sitting on in the sauna, one for the shower. essential oils will be provided for our sauna.

our showers are stocked with organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

we have tea + water to replenish.

sandals can be rented for a fee.

To best enjoy your experience, bring a swimsuit, clean non-slip sandals, sunglasses, sauna hat (or toque), and a non-glass water bottle (bottle filling station is available).

prescription glasses are not recommended in the sauna as the heat may negatively affect them.

both community and private group sessions are available.

private bookings accommodate groups of up to 16 guests and provide exclusive access to one of our two circuits.

each private circuit features two fireplace lounges—one indoor, one outdoor—alongside outdoor hot and cold pools and a sauna.

community bookings not private, and give you a spot alongside other members of our community.

yes, we offer a selection of beverages including tea, sparkling water, craft soft drinks, kombucha.

drinks are to be consumed in the lounge areas only.

we plan to become licensed in the near future to enjoy local beer, seltzers, wine, prosecco, and champagne.

guests must be 18+ to join a spa or massage session.

phones + video are not to be stored in the lockers provided and are not permitted in the circuits.

yes, swimsuits are mandatory during your spa visit.

street parking is available in front of the spa on 81 ave.

additional parking is available in the church parking lot to the east of the spa (the corner of 81 ave + 99st). Please park only in the stalls marked ró nordic spa.

the thermal experience is not recommended during pregnancy. consult your doctor prior to your visit.

our spas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between groups and throughout the day.

our massage tables are cleaned and sanitized after each massage with fresh linens for every massage.

Our hot and cold tubs are covered and heated, with both indoor and outdoor lounge spaces available year-round.

Our space includes a number of steps and stairs, including those leading to our hot and cold pools and saunas.

we’re not a silent spa. private bookings can choose to be social or enjoy a silent experience. during community sessions, socializing can be expected.
