We offer both community and private sessions.

Private bookings accommodate groups of up to 15 guests and provide exclusive access to one of our two thermal spa circuits.

Each private circuit features two fireplace lounges—one indoor, one outdoor—alongside outdoor hot and cold pools and a sauna.

We are not a silent spa. Private bookings can choose to be social or enjoy a silent experience. During community sessions, you can expect socializing

To best enjoy your experience, bring a swimsuit, clean non-slip sandals, sunglasses, hat (or toque), and a non-glass water bottle (a water bottle filling station is available).

Prescription glasses are not recommended in the sauna as the heat may negatively affect them.

Lockers will be provided to store your personal belongings. Guests will be provided with a spa towel, sauna towel, and bathrobe.

Our showers are equipped with organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Yes, we offer a selection of beverages including green tea, sparkling water, craft soft drinks, local beer, wine, prosecco, and Champagne.

Drinks are to be consumed in the lounge areas only.

Guests must be 18+ to join a spa or massage session.

Cellphone use during private bookings is at your group's discretion.

During community sessions, phones, photos, and videos are not permitted.

Yes, swimsuits are mandatory during your spa visit.

Street parking is available in front of the spa on 81 ave.

Additional parking is available in the church parking lot to the east of the spa (the corner of 81 ave + 99st). Please park only in the stalls marked ró nordic spa.

The thermal experience is not recommended during pregnancy.

Our spas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between groups.

Our massage tables are cleaned and sanitized after each massage with fresh linens for every massage.

Our space includes a number of steps and stairs, including those leading to our hot and cold pools and saunas.
